U-Matter is a free, confidential and anonymous message based psycho-social support service that connects young people with trained university level volunteers. This initiative is currently being piloted by the Ministry of Health of Trinidad and Tobago, The University of the West Indies (UWI) St. Augustine, and UNICEF for the Eastern Caribbean Area.
