A user may choose to share personal information to share feedback on resources or participate in promotions or receive prizes. This will also allow us to improve our resources based on your feedback. The information collected helps us to:

When you enter incentive-related promotions or download resources from Young Caribbean Minds, our systems may request Personal Information, such as your email address to provide you with incentives or to gain feedback to improve the resources.

You are not required to provide your real name and contact details when using our resources; you can choose to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym. However, withholding your real name or accurate contact details may impact the feedback that you may desire.

 

Sharing Information

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We will not disclose your Personal Information to other organizations unless required by law or to prevent serious harm. Our aim is to protect your safety or that of others. We will seek your consent before sharing your information whenever possible and safe to do so.

 

Privacy Complaints
To file a privacy complaint, contact us at info@youngcaribbeanminds.com. We are obligated to report any privacy breaches to our government funding bodies as required.
