YCM Chat is a free, confidential and anonymous message-based psycho-social support service that connects young people with trained university-level volunteers. This initiative is currently being piloted by the Ministry of Health of Trinidad and Tobago, The University of the West Indies (UWI) St. Augustine, and UNICEF for the Eastern Caribbean Area.

The website contains resources developed by and for young people from the following 23 Caribbean countries: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Sint Maarten, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago and Turks & Caicos Islands.
